Rachel Francis

Rachel joined Tolhurst Fisher in October 2021 as a paralegal in the Firm’s Wills, Trust and Probate Department having graduated from Nottingham Trent University with a degree in LLB (Hons) Law.

Rachel works alongside solicitors in the Wills Department where she assists them in a variety of matters including drafting wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney, Declarations of Trust and Deed of Variations. Rachel can attend clients to take their instructions and draft documents in accordance with such instructions.
