With over a decade of experience in civil litigation and dispute resolution, Natasha provides clear, tactical, and solution-focused advice across a broad spectrum of contentious matters. She is recognised for her calm and pragmatic approach, balancing robust representation with sensitivity to the personal and often stressful nature of disputes. Her focus is always on securing the best possible outcome for her clients, whether through negotiation, mediation, or formal litigation.

Natasha believes in building strong, transparent relationships with clients, grounded in trust and integrity. She invests time in understanding the complexities of each situation and the personal factors behind a dispute, enabling her to deliver strategic and tailored legal solutions. She prides herself on meticulous preparation, clear communication, and accessibility throughout the life of a case.

Natasha graduated with First Class Honours in LLB Commercial Law from the University of Hertfordshire (2013). She completed the LPC at The University of Law, London Bloomsbury in 2014 with a Commendation.

After gaining extensive paralegal experience in Essex and London, she completed her training contract with a regional Essex firm and qualified as a Solicitor in 2018. She has since practiced across well-regarded regional firms specialising exclusively in dispute resolution.

Natasha joined Tolhurst Fisher in November 2025.

Recent Matters & Highlights

Natasha has advised on a wide variety of contentious matters across the civil litigation spectrum, including:

  • Representing executors in a Part 8 claim seeking their removal, negotiating resolution by consent and securing independent appointment to protect estate administration.
  • Acting for beneficiaries alleging estate mismanagement and lack of disclosure. Advising on strategies for financial investigation and potential appointment of neutral PRs.
  • Advising a client with a claim against professional executors where alleged negligence caused estate loss, leading to complaint escalation, Ombudsman involvement, and a potential negotiated financial settlement.
  • Defending and progressing landlord claims for rent arrears, property damage and recovery of unpaid sums, and possession.
  • Supporting landowners in boundary, right-of-way and trespass disputes, including obstruction, unauthorised access, and adverse possession claims.
  • Acting in neighbour disputes involving harassment, interference with property rights and damage to vehicles.
  • Representing tenants in a dispute concerning a Section 13 rent increase and successfully convincing the tribunal to award a lower rent than which was proposed by the landlord.

Outside of Work

Outside the office Natasha enjoys spending time with her partner and family, travelling to as many different countries as possible, and cooking.

She also adores long walks and training her dog Pablo who she and her partner adopted from Dogs Trust.
