ESTAS 2023

Last week Maxine Barrett, Partner of Tolhurst Fisher attended the prestigious ESTAS Conveyancer of the Year Awards 2023 at the Grosvenor House Hotel. Tolhurst Fisher were honoured with three awards, Best Conveyancing Firm in Essex, Second Best Office in the UK and Best Firm in the SS1 Postcode.

In addition, 1,000 Conveyancers, Mortgage Brokers and Estate Agents in the country were whittled down to a shortlist of 60 for the People’s Choice Award. Tolhurst Fisher were delighted to have two Solicitors, Maxine Barrett and Daniel Fielding-Smith shortlisted for this Award.

Phil Spencer, who has hosted The ESTAS every year since their inception in 2004 addressed the live audience “Everyone one shortlisted here today has attained the ESTAS Standard of Excellence which is based purely on service ratings from customers at the end of the moving experience, giving a highly accurate overview of the standard of service that’s been delivered to the end client. This is a great achievement in its own right so whatever unfolds this afternoon you should all be immensely proud.”

The ESTAS Awards determine the best conveyancing firms in the UK based purely on feedback from clients who are asked a series of questions via the ESTAS Customer Feedback Platform which is designed exclusively for property professionals. A record 300,000 customers have submitted an ESTAS survey so far this year, 9,000 of them for conveyancing firms. Firms were recognised in 14 regions around the Country.
